Return Information


We very much hope that you won't be disappointed by your purchase, but sometimes things just don't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please take advantage of our return and exchange policy. You can email our dedicated customer service, please feel free to contact with us within 7 days upon the delivery date.

Return Guideline:

  • Customer has to contact us to get a return authorization and return address within 7 days upon receipt if you want to return your purchase.

  • Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and returning address.

  • All items must be returned in the original package and in resalable condition.

  • Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return:
    Bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for return; phone number.

  • All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. Please don't use TNT or UPS, which will cause high Customs duty, we do not responsible for any extra charge caused by Customs. Returns must be shipped prepaid, we do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

  • Postage is not refundable, 15% handling fee and postage will be deducted from the refund if the received package has been signed up and opened, which also applies to orders with free shipping. 15% handling fee will not be charged for those who have not signed for their received packages, only postage is not refundable.

  • Customers can get the refund within 2 weeks after we receive the return items and check everything goes well.

    Exchange Guideline:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process, that's to say, the customer has to pay the shipping cost for us to send a replacement item to you. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer service.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit (You're supposed to attach a picture of the faulty part).

  • All items can only exchange for equal price replacements. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

  • Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return, please fee free to contact our customer service for questions to obtain return authorization.

    Order Cancellation

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 7 hours of the order placed. In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty.

    Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched. Any service not provided by us, such as a special delivery service will not be refunded. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused.
